FEES & PRICES
Our fees are calculated according to the service required plus the travelling costs.
Prices listed are based on individual testing. Discount available for larger groups and/or fixed period agreements.
Our basic fees are as follows –
Pre-employment screening: R 900 Excl. Vat
Periodic Screening: R 900 Excl. Vat
Specific Incident: R 900 Excl. Vat
TERMS
Before testing the following will be required –
- Order number or payment or email confirmation.
- Date, venue and time.
- List of individual details to be tested
- ID Numbers per individual
- Purpose and details of service required.
- Relevant questions to be included in Polygraph test.
Payments only via EFT or CASH are accepted. Terms available for fixed period clients.
No travelling fees for scheduled agreed appointments at our offices.
No travelling fees within 30km radius of Nelspruit/Mbombela or Matsapha Swaziland.
Travelling fees of R 6.50/km outside 30km radius.
Accommodation fees to be quoted when applicable.
Written confirmation of a booked test secures the client’s timeslot. No-show fee of R 300.00 per scheduled test if not cancelled 24-hours in advance.
No-show fee of 50% per scheduled test if cancelled 24-hours before appointment.
All other cancellations prior to 24-hours will attract a 25% cancellation fee on confirmed appointments.
A full written report will be sent within 24 hours of the test being conducted, subject to full payment. Please be advised that no test results wil be released without proof of payment.
